My videos keep blinking

I use bandicam and my videos have weird blinks in them. What is wrong?

what spec has your computer got?
And does it blink whilst recording, or when your reviewing it/On youtube

my video does the same.. only blink after rendering. what is wrong. what do u need to see if something is wrong?

Only upon review.
And my computers specs are very good, I can run all games on ultra.

Have you tried converting your video's to a different file format after you've recorded them? might help
