Not really, you don't have to add a card to it, but you will only be able to have a max. of £500/$700 in your account

That's correct Frankie, but only fully established networks like RPM will do that; smaller networks like Socialblade, Graphic Networks and the like won't do that, which is fair as a lot of upcoming Youtubers are younger, and will likely not have a bank card of any sort
