My new web series format, want your opinions.

A Wild Keebzy Appears!
Hey guys,

So I've been contemplating starting a new gaming web show for a while but have been unsure what it should be about. I've come up with a rough format and while, admittedly, it isn't really anything new, I kinda like it because it takes a lot of other concepts and puts them all into one show. The show itself is going to be a kind of lighthearted look at gaming news, game releases, trailers that sort of thing, with a few other ideas thrown in there. But I just wanted to show you guys it and see if you think there's anything that could do with being removed or added or changed in some way, here's the format as it stands now:

Name: TKS Weekly(Working Title)

Summary of show.
Intro.
Gaming News.
Tip of the day.
New Releases.
Trailers?(Check copyright on this)
Social Media Self-Promotion
Audiences Challenge?
EndSlate.

Gaming News: A 5-10min summary of the biggest news stories in gaming that week.

Tip of The Day: A 1-3min guide on how to do something in any game either recorded by myself or an audience submission.

New releases: A 2-5min recap of all the games that were released that week.

Trailers: Show and discuss on any trailers(Copyright permitted) that were released that week.

Social Media Self-Promotion: A quick 1-2min promotion of all TKS links.

Audience Challenge: I challenge the audience to do something in a game and record/upload it to YouTube, best response will be played at the end of the next weeks episode.

Endslate: a short screen linking to previous episode and all social media links.

Total time: ~30mins, dependent on trailers and audience challenge.

I'm hoping if all goes well to make this a weekly show and I intend to put a lot of time and effort into the making of it so that the quality of both the video and the content will be as high as I can possibly make it.

I do love to hear you guys' opinions so please let me know what ya think.

Sounds like a squeaky clean format. I'd watch it. Hell, I'd like to attempt some of those challenges.
Awesome :D and yeah I had the idea that for the first weeks challenge, so I have something to show on YouTube I would post it here a week before the show, then after that week all the challenges would be announced on the previous weeks show. No idea what the first challenge will be yet though haha[DOUBLEPOST=1382319581,1382317703][/DOUBLEPOST]As another way of interacting with the audience as well, I made a slight alteration to the Tip of the Day segment :D

Also, how would the challenges be sent to you? Via YouTube message?

yeah,

I'll explain in full detail whenever I set the first challenge but in essence, you would record your attempt at the challenge, upload it to youtube, public or unlisted, and send me a link to it in a youtube private message, with a line giving me permission to show it in the show, then I would show it in the show, with an annotation, shoutout and link in the description to the winners channel :D also if I got a bunch of submissions that all beat the challenge I would put the names of all the winners in a hat and pick one at random on camera :) Maybe if the show gains enough popularity I could throw prizes in as well but that wouldn't be for a while after the show starts up lol
