Overall, it is a good trailer. Here's my feedback.

I don't think that it is a good idea for creators to say, "if you like helping out a small YouTube channel, hit that subscribe button." In my opinion, I would suggest that you re-phrase it so that you are giving the viewer value rather than THEM helping YOU out. "If YOU enjoy my presentations, please remember to subscribe". Put the emphasis on the viewer, not yourself.

People aren't on YouTube to help you out. They are there to enjoy videos.

Otherwise, 48 seconds is good. The narration is clear. You have humor. You clearly explain what you channel is about.
