Hey man,
I just saw your banner and I don't advise you to upload it^^. It looks way too overloaded and the colors don't match at all. I know your still young and if I would've been your age mine would probably look the same
. Take a look at the banners of some bigger youtubers and try to find similarities. They usually have more or less the same layout.
Nonetheless its cool that you try to do your own thing. Keep up the spirit.

I've Got It
I personally think banner should be about what you are doing on your channel. So if you are making covers its 6/10, but still not really...captivating so to say. Its a bit dull, but might be just me.
