So about a year ago I joined a network called Broadcast Media, at the time I was just looking for any network that accepted me, and this network didn't have huge requirements, no view requirements, sub requirements or age requirements. (Even though I think you need to be 18 to sign a contract even though I'm only 17).

So the network accepted me and I became partnered with Broadcast Media, I've been with them for about a year now and they've only paid me once, which was about $1.42 at the time I didn't really care for YouTube that much but still made videos which got a good amount of views, I finally decided that I wanted to leave Broadcast Media, but their website has been down for at least a month now, I've tried contacting them multiple times via email and they just won't respond, is there anything I can do?

Also, there was no contract I was only told that by submitting my Youtube Partnership application I agree to the terms, these are their terms:
  • z̶o̶o̶m̶i̶n̶.̶t̶v̶/̶s̶i̶t̶e̶/̶p̶a̶r̶t̶n̶e̶r̶/̶Z̶o̶o̶m̶i̶n̶.̶T̶V̶_̶N̶e̶t̶w̶o̶r̶k̶_̶P̶a̶r̶t̶n̶e̶r̶_̶A̶g̶r̶e̶e̶m̶e̶n̶t̶_̶g̶e̶n̶e̶r̶a̶l̶_̶v̶e̶r̶s̶i̶o̶n̶_̶V̶2̶.̶p̶d̶f̶
What's even weirder is that I have no idea what zoomin.tv has to do with Broadcast Media. :/

Other than that I have nothing else much to go on since they're website is down and they won't respond to any of my emails.

Here's the website and YouTube channel of the network:
  • broadcastmediatv.com
  • youtube.com/user/BroadcastMediaYT

Broadcast Media is a bit of a scam, just saying.
But if they don't answer your unlink request on your YouTube within 30 days, you get automatically unlinked from them.

And they have their own CMS/MCN, they are not affiliated with Zoomin, and it's strange they sent you to Zoomin's partner agreement.
I had the same issue you are having with Broadcast Media- I had no means of contact with them, whatsoever. The CEO of the company, (I think his name is Ali or something) never answers my Skype messages (and I never spammed him, I messaged him every once in a while to kind of see if he would answer), and as you can see, the website has been down for ages, now.

But, all in in all, since the network seems to be inactive, you might get unlinked automatically, and I hope that DOES happen for you. :)

I took your advice and tried unlinking on 7/26/2014 this morning on 7/15/2014 they have delcined my request to unlink, which clearly means they are out right ignoring me now and probably a whole bunch of other channels, what can I do? I don't want to have to make a whole new channel and gain all of those subs and views back. :(

How long is their contract? If for example the contract is 12 months and you've only been with them for let's say 5 Months then they don't have to release you unless they are breaching their contract.

If that's not the case and your contract is up and they won't release you, get a Lawyer.

They were trying to use ZoominTV's terms as a legal contract.
However, Broadcast Media is an independent MCN, and those terms are not legally binding because they do not feature any mention of the Broadcast Media brand, when it's supposed to be an agreement between the two parties (them and you). I would try contacting YouTube support and explain the issue, because you are not able to contact Broadcast Media and yet they are keeping you locked in.
Not to mention that you are under 18, you might be able to leave.
We shall see.

I hope the best for you, though! :)

I partnered with Broadcast Media a year ago, they didn't have a contract at all I just had to have good content and no copyright strikes. All they had was a FAQ which didn't talk about a lock in period whatsoever. And the fact that they're ignoring me but are able to decline my request to unlink from them is completely messed up. :/

You had to have signed a contract with this network surely.

I honestly don't remember signing a contract with them, they just made me fill out some sort of google document asking how many Views a month how many subs I get etc. I tried finding a contract on their website using the Web archive, but all they had was a FAQ nothing talking about a contract whatsoever.

Edit: Okay I do remember they talked about a 3 month Trial Period, after those 3 months if I didn't Cancel the Trial I'd be automatically renewed for a year, my year is up and they still won't release me.

I've heard of this network before. They are known to be a bit dishonest and usually do not unlink so easily. The only thing I can tell you as advice/help is to either contact them through email, phone whatever or simply start over (which is difficult and unnecessary) Sorry about your situation but I hope it will get better soon for you, best of luck ^_^
