Last year I had the awesome opportunity to meet the one and only SxePhil when he came to Dublin. (I also got to give him a hug). After watching him do his speech about being a YouTube newb back in the day to basically being the mac daddy of the site, I was so inspired.
I have to say that I have a greater love for YouTubers more so than film/TV stars. Mostly because the content is theirs and they're in control of it. Plus the way they deal with all the trolling in the comments is awesome, some of those people are just plan bonkers.
