Hey guys I really need your help. I got to post my video at 12 and my custom thumnail won't show up. The uploaded the video on unlisted to youtube a day ago and put the custom thumnail there. It only shows up in chat and the one facebook uses is really unflattering. I tried facebook debug and what derreleves said and deleting my cache. Nothing worked. Please help. Thank you.

Could you possibly re state what you are trying to say but be straight to the point? a lot of the things you are saying I really do not understand. Also, screenshots would help.

To take a screenshot of the problem, press the print screen button on your keyboard, then paste the image into Paint (or something else), and save it.
I don't know how to help with your problem, sorry. Is the custom thumbnail showing up on Youtube? Because sometimes Youtube just decides not to properly upload custom thumbnails.

could you possibly give us a screenshot? Also, what do you mean on Facebook? A post, or when you send a message to someone it won't show up?

Generally if Facebook/YouTube is acting up with the custom image, I'll just upload the image to my FB page and include the link in the description to let everyone know to check it out. It adds a little more space to your post and really catches the eyes of the viewer I think.

Thank you! I tried that instead and it seems people still want to click the link! Your help was very much appreciated thank you!

Usually youtube when you upload a custom thumbnail goes a bit weird, for me at least, It does not show up and uses a default image.... The strange life of youtube...
