I Love YTtalk
So after 2 long months of 'permanent suspension' my youtube channel is now back just as it was originally, and in good standing. YouTube has admitted they made a mistake and took away the 3 strikes and put my standing back to good! So glad to be back!!
My advice to anyone wrongfully accused by YouTube, don't accept it and keep fighting. I believe some of their shutdowns to be handled automatically by bots, and as such once a human looks at it they can see the error. So it is possible to reverse a permanently terminated channel if you are in the right! Things I did to get it back, I appealed, I spoke to them kindly(I believe they get harassed all the time and treating them like humans gets a quicker response and makes them more likely to help), I followed up many times. Once you get a reply on your appeal you get a case number, and can email them back at the support email they mailed you from. Also check the google product forums it could help get your channel back quicker, and shed some light on why you got shut down. Also it helps to be patient, as I found out the review team will not speak to you directly to answer questions. So usually all you get is a pasted email that is the same that they send to everyone. The last response I got in regard to my channel was the only one that wasn't a generic reply. It's pretty much like talking at a wall.
