Well it really comes down to where do you want to go with your channel, as everyone as stated before theres not much use joining a network with a tiny amount of views, the network wont promote your channel and the most they will do is give you certain answers to certain questions. But be sure to do some research on the network before hand, even ask for peoples opinions around here. You will more than likely get mixed reviews but I can leave that to your own judgement. Just be sure you know exactly what you want rather than just "jumping" into a network, especially if they have a locked in contract, you dont want to leave your channel stuck within a network you dont want to be in.
