Ok over my last year of youtube I have noticed a full scale change in my personality, where back when I started I was doing very ...very weird videos.. to now making (in my eyes) much better quality videos and engaging with the audience better..

I have 3 friends (on whos been featuring for 6 months now) who are now going to be in a lot of the videos (they are called the hoodmen)...The slight issue I have is that they are from the hood (like me) however they are entertaining..

I have toned down a lot of the slang simply because I want to appeal to a wider audience but maybe I should just let the slang flow?

I always think, in whatever we do artistically, we should be as true to ourselves as possible. I can see that you may not want to alienate anyone who may not know what your slang terms may mean, but maybe you could find a balance, where you clue people into what you mean when you say certain things? I think one of the most powerful things about YouTube is that we get to meet so many people from all areas of the world and all walks of life.
