I would recommend focusing on improving your audio quality. And maybe your channel art and thumbanils. other than that you are fine, i think. everything else will get better with time.

If I were you, I'd work on your thumbnails alot more. For me personally, I use gimp. It's free, and really good!

Your banner could be better. It's not very high quality. I used Pixlr for my banner, which I recomend!

Your mic could also be better. I use the Blue Snowball microphone, which I highly recommend as a cheap, but really good microphone! :D

There's alot of background noise, which could be solved with the "noise reduction" feature in audacity.

In some places, the game audio is too loud, so I couldn't hear your voice in some places.

Edit your videos alot more. Be sure to cut out the "ums" and the un-necessary pauses when you speak.

Personally, for me, if I just so happen to watch a gaming video, most of the time I watch it because of the person/people that are commentating over it. I wouldn't watch just gameplay footage.

Welp, this got critical really fast. XD

Anyways, hoped this helped! :D

Hey guys so I love making youtube videos and I would say my thumbnails are a little weak. I'm starting to use Pixlr and I have heard of Gimp but I haven't used it those would probably be my best ways of making thumbnails but I would like some advice if anyone could give me any? Thanks guys!

If you can invest in photoshop. It is by far the best tool in creating thumbnails and just editing pictures in general. They have cheaper versions and I would look around and research on the different version but I recommend it completely

Yeah, I'd most definitely recommend Phootshop if you get put a little money aside for it. If you visit Adobe's website, they have a Photography package deal which offers you Photoshop and Lightroom for about $9 a month. It's much cheaper than paying $25 a month for a single app, which is the only only option, I believe.
However, if you keep an eye out around certain holidays and have a little extra cash to hand, they offer every single app for a really good price - I grabbed all of them for $36 a month on Black Friday.

I've been using photoshop for years. If you learn the basics of that program, it will help you throughout life. I have access to the adobe suite from my university. When I first started out, I used a cracked version(I pay for products now). I don't want to promote getting a cracked version, but that it what I did to learn it.

if you can't afford photoshop as the other commenters have suggested, the only tips I can give you are:

- Keep your thumbnail theme consistent across all of your vids, so that if someone sees your vid in their sub box, they'll know its yours without reading who uploaded it.

-Make them bright, snappy and eye catching

-Large text summarising the video or highlighting an interesting point e.g: 'We killed him!' or something equally bait-like (meant in a good way)

Umm thats all I got for ya!
