My Camera won't turn on?

So I'm posting this on here, to see if any of you lovely people on yttalk can help me with solving the mystery of my camera. It's New, it's a Panasonic HC-V130. When I put it on the charger, the red light on the side of the camera blinks as it should(as it always does when charging)
BUT it won't turn on! o.o It's been working great until now, and all of a sudden, now I can't turn it on no matter how hard I press the *turn on-button or how many times I do so.
I've taken out the battery and put it back to see if that would do the trick a few times, but no such luck. What Could be Causing this Problem?

Can anyone Help me? Know any savvy DIY on how to magically make it work again? Please? Pretty Please?:shy2:

Hello there! I had a similar problem but it was more so when the camera was fully charged and would turn on momentarily then quickly shut back off.
What I did was end up giving it a break and taking out the battery, charging it out of the camera, and then with a tissue carefully cleaning out any dust that could have gotten in the battery hole of the camera, because that can be a bit of a problem.
I don't know if that would work for you but hopefully something does!!

However, it's been charging all night (forgot to unplug it when I went to bed, know I should have but.. o.o)
I realized it was not turning on at all approx two days ago, so I put it on the charge-cord.
Today I went to turn it on, but it won't.... o.o

Then your camera is probably broken I think because this never happens to me if I use my camera and I've had it for 3yrs, just get a new one or take it to get repaired.

I'm going to take your first tip in mind, and hope for the best, I'm thinking if it was somehow on but turned off by default(not recording but being on for too long, so it turned off by itself) and that I need to try the charging and turning it on after two hours whilst still on the charger, to see if that works. HM, HOPE so o.O
 
I also have a panasonic camera. I once had a similair problem but that was when i didn't use my camera for a couple of weeks.
I left the battery in the camera.
So the battery was so empty it couldn't be charged anymore.

Maybe it happened to you as well.
