My camera is broken?

I have a Panasonic lumix zs25 and I have been using it for a while and it worked fine. But now everything is really blurry and I have no idea how fix it. I tried looking in the settings but couldn't find anything and it is a point shoot so their isn't tons of settings anyway. But if anyone has ideas on to fix this let me know. I can't film videos with everything blurry.
 
This happened to me once recently with a brand new camera that I bought. I was really concerned until I realized that there was a big smudge across the lens. Once I cleaned it, my videos weren't blurry anymore :P

Have you checked to see if the lens has got any smudges on it?
 
Id check the lens first and if it does have a smudge or mark on it clean it with a lens cloth and blower if you have one should do the trick. If thats not the case I would see if its under warranty still.
 
Thanks guys. So I think fixed it. So basically whenever I zoom in all the way and then zoom it focuses the camera just like the expensive cameras I used at school and is why it is blurry but when I zoom in it isn't blurry. The only way I could fix this by turning the camera off and taking out the battery, waiting and turning it back on. I guess that will have to do for now. I am working with a point and shoot camera because that is all I can afford right now. But is a really cool I'm just still figuring out how to use it but really good quality for only $100.
