They will either remove, or do a 3rd Party Content ID match and let the copyright holder earn money from your video by placing their own ads (and disabling your ads). However be careful with that ... at any time they could turn around and still remove the video and give you a copyright strike.

It won't usually get removed, but you might get a copyright strike. Just don't monetize it

It doesn't matter if you put it in the description or not. You don't own the rights to it, therefor you shouldn't be uploading it in the first place.
