Music suddenly not part of my partnership?!

EDIT: This is resolved, had to email audiomicro, they took care of it.

Hey Guys,

I'm a little p****d right now. This is the 3rd time this month I've had an issue with a video uploading, then getting a "This song is copyright" blah bah blah. The song was one I downloaded about a year ago from audiomicro, a site that my network partners with for us to get free, royalty free audio with as part of the partnership.

I can't find the song on that site now, but of course I don't know its not there, and this happened. It's happened to 3 different songs now.

Does YouTube go back to old videos where I used this song when I had rights, and now I don't, so they will flag and remove the video/monetization!?

How the F do I get notified if a song suddenly decides to leave a site like that for royalty free? How do I tell YouTube, no, I bought that with my network's account at the time, its not there now!?

try contacting your partner and re reading their guidelines about using their sponsors music. some partnerships make you contact them before you use their music

I'm with Maker Studio, and actually the song I used in THIS video is still part of our partnership. I just redownloaded it, its the EXACT SAME FILE, size, last modified, etc, as the one I've saved awhile back.

In my description I have the required stuff crediting Audio Micro. Below, in spoiler, is their license on their website. The song is by Heatly Bros - 8-bit Win, listed on their site.

A) THE STANDARD LICENSE ($49.95)
This license permits usage of the Music as follows:
  • In free iPhone/iPad/Android/Facebook apps, podcasts, softwares, and games.
  • In both free and paid, non-downloadable casual games played exclusively via a web browser
  • In Television, Radio, wedding videos, and corporate videos (except for use in a Radio or TV Advertisement)
  • On the world wide web, including web videos, slideshows, YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, and on websites
  • In film festivals (both student and professional)
The Standard License includes the reproduction of up to 1,000 copies of your project in physical, tangible products like CD's, DVD's, VHS tapes, Blu-rays, toys, and console games. THE STANDARD LICENSE IS ALL YOU NEED, UNLESS YOU ARE USING THE MUSIC AS FOLLOWS:
  • In an Advertisement to be run on Television or Radio
  • In a commercial film release or theatrical presentation (excluding film festival screenings)
  • In a paid (i.e. not free) iPhone/iPad/Android app, podcast, or downloadable software/game where more than 1,000 copies will be downloaded
  • In over 1,000 physical/tangible reproductions of a product like CD's, DVD's, Blu-rays, toys, and console games
Standard license price: All of our standard music licenses are just $49.95 each.
Notice: Apps and games that offer "in-app" purchasing by the user are considering paid (i.e. not free) and require the Mass Reproduction License if more than 1,000 will be distributed.

So when this stuff happens, does YouTube see that I got permission and the claim removed once, so the same song will not be continued to be hit by the automated claim system YouTube has?

I use this on all of my videos basically for the outro, so it would be complete BS if I had to email the owner of the song, my network, and the website I bought it from (That's what was recommended by my network's forum team) on EVERY VIDEO!?

You are probably getting a Third Party Copyright Claim right? that is fine. That just means you are getting paid via Maker Studios. All the Networks do this.

Not fine, I've used this track for 2 years of partnership with them and have only had this happen this month.
