Multiple Youtube channels on one account

So, as you can see, I'm new here, I signed up here only for my question:

What happens if one of my Youtube channels will get "permanently disabled" due to copyright strikes? Will I be able to log in to my Google account and have my Gmail, Drive and the other Youtube channels normally working?

If your main channel will be terminated, you will lose access to other channells on accoutn, as I remember.

So, my YT account got permanently disabled again. But I didn't receive any copyright strike (also no e-mail about getting a strike), so does it mean I got 3 strikes let's say in 6 hours (when I last logged in)? I can still access my channel as a guest and all videos are there. Also when I click on "Sign in" I can't log in with another account because the "permanently disabled" screen appears immediately. So what happened?

EDIT: I tried to log in on other computer but nothing. btw I can still log in using using my smartphone.
