Multiple video sites

May i re-publish my youtube videos to other videos sites such as dailymotion , vimeo etc.. ? The reason why i am asking this question because i can't see lots of popular youtube videos on those other video sites !!!

Sure, lots of people have backup sites that will automatically post your videos elsewhere.

You can republish YOUR vids yes of course. You can't take other people's videos though.

You absolutely can, assuming you own the rights. Most people don't bother because viewership and revenue on those sites is abysmal. The only other video sites worth posting to wouldn't really work with ported content, you'd want originals for them (FaceBook & IGTV).
