Multiple Copyright Claims/Strikes | Will I ever get Monetization back?

So I've gotten a lot of copyright strikes/claims. Mostly claims.

I accidentally uploaded a test recording and I had music on (Blocked in Some Countries / Monetized by Claimant)

I uploaded a clip from a livestream on twitch (Monetized by Monstercat)

I uploaded a clip from a tv show (Monetized by FOX)

I uploaded another clip from the same tv show, shorter (Struck by FOX)

Any chance i'll ever get monetization privileges back?

Depends on how many strikes you have, but more than likely if you request the videos to YouTube corp. that they were accidental, you may get it back.

Depends on your definition of accidental. I uploaded a TV Show clip and it got monetized by fox. I uploaded another clip of the same show and it got struck by fox.

Your videos don't get monetized, you can either have them monetized or not, so it was definitely by accident or you posted it on purpose, either or you shouldn't be posting copyrighted content. Also, how to you have two partnerships under the same network?

Hwaht? I'm partnered with Insidious Network which is a subnetwork of Freedom.

and I didn't have any of the videos monetized. They were just claimed and monetized by them.

If they're claiming your videos, you need to request them not to be claimed by them, otherwise that's a major problem.

Why would I request to not be claimed if they're valid claims? The claims aren't hurting if they're just taking the money, only the strikes affect it.

I sincerely hope you don't.

Time and again you've been punished for posting content that you don't own the rights to and a quick glance at your channel shows you continue to completely ignore copyright.
Yeah, I have to second this comment by @Shakycow

You have been repeatedly violating people's copyright, with no inclination to stop.

If you have 1 copyright strike, you can usually do copyright school and then wait something like 6 months for that to expire -- if you don't get any other strikes. However, at the rate you're going, you'll probably get a 3rd strike, which will ban your account and prevent you from starting any other accounts under the same email.

YouTube is a platform for CREATORS not for using it as a server to upload stuff that you randomly found on the interweb.

To answer the question, no I highly doubt you will ever get monetization back.
