Multiple Channels? Requesting opinions on my content

Hi All,
I feel stuck between a rock and a brick and I want to make this decision early enough on my channel so I don't regret it. My challenge is that I have a wide range of the type of content that I have been producing but I've heard that you'll be more successful if you focus on a single theme or topic. I've also heard that you can "solve" this by using playlists but the problem comes when the subscriber gets notified that you've posted content in various different categories/playlists they may unsubscribe because some of the content isn't interesting to them. I've noticed some people unsubscribing and thought that might be why.
The different types of content I have is:
1. computer repair, networking, software, operating systems etc.
2. automotive motorcycle repair, building, modding etc. (content not yet posted)
3. Home remodelling and repair. (not yet posted)
4. Inventing and the like.
5. crazy stuff like crossing flooded roads, self surgery, crazy stunts and experiments etc.

I've been doing Computer related stuff for a career for 25 years so it would make sense that I would do a channel specifically about that. But, My passion is problem solving and inventing and building things so I like doing content on that too.

So I'm guessing that some people may have an interest in most of these things and stay subscribed, but I'm wondering if I should do a separate channel specifically for computer related stuff so I get less unsubscribes and can grow the channel faster.

I would really appreciate some feedback to help me figure this out. Thanks for your help!
