Moving Text (Kinetic Typography) Help

Hey guys,
So i was looking to make a video on superpowers for which i thought for bits where i dont have video content i can use Kinetic Typography. Now i have an idea on the basics on Vegas although i would really like to learn the advanced and would be grateful and would pay in yttalk cash if someone helps me out in the learning. Reply in the thread, inbox and we can do it over skype or text.
Also i wouldnt mind learning it on After Effects ,although, i don't even have a basic idea on its running.

I learned how to do it just by watching a YouTube tutorial. Now, it's a lot more confusing in AE and a ton easier in Vegas.

Yeah i know the basics of this through the net. I can design a basic one though i want to learn the more advanced, cooler one.
