Motherboard & CPU Question

First, I'm getting an Ivy bridge CPU and am wondering if it will fit in any intel motherboard.

Ivy Bridge CPU's are Socket 1155 processors, so it should be okay

It won't fit in just any motherboard, but the one you linked is fine

The cpu will fit on that motherboard but not all intel motherboards. You have to make sure its the right socket.
