They are telling everyone the same lies, apparently they have a glitch and cannot release channels from there CMS.

Do not partner with Creative Nation, at this rate they are keeping me hostage, even though I'm so small. I wish I could contact YouTube to shut them down.

There was a glitch with the unlinking process a while ago, I believe it's mostly solved now.
As for the 30 days before unlink, says so in your contract.
 
Honestly in my case the unlinking took a really long time. A ridiculous time one might say. I think I had to wait around 3 weeks... I wasn't with Creative Nation, but I was still with a Freedom subdivision. Anyway, my whole view on Freedom is meh

When you exchange emails back and forth, these things can happen. I don't understand why people make such a big deal out of it. Besides, you can't see the whole email, you don't know if it was cut, whether signature was way below hidden by Gmail as it's normally is and so on. That's one way how to make a fuss out of nothing.

As for unlinking process, they indeed had some issues and we were kept about two and half weeks longer than we should've, but at the end they did release us. We were also promised a 100% revenue split for all the days we were with Creative Nation AFTER we were supposed to be unlinked, so we'll see whats up with that.

I find it also hilarious how this thread is still up with no evidence whatsoever. That email tells us NOTHING, it has no date or anything, no background story etc. Not denying anything, in fact, my above paragraph confirms OPs story in a way, but still - anyone can make these posts about random network with nothing to back it up - should just be locked right away.
