Most Overrated/Underrated YouTubers?

I'm not going to hate on anyone, so I think I'm going to stick with a general description in the "overrated" section of my answer.

I've encountered a lot of channels that are tha bomb, supercool, super creative, super attentive to details in editing etc. And I'm Often a bit confused as to why they don't have MASSIVE amount of people watching their stuff Since it's so awesome and gnarly^^
And then there are channels which are less entertaining that are extremely sought after.


Seems like it feeds into more of an obsession with a certain person and getting to spy on their lives, VS. watching their stuff because you think the videos themselves are entertaining I guess. *shrug* I guess that's part of the era we live in

Agreed. PewDiePie is the most overrated, since he always makes laugh at erotic jokes and acts like he just quit primary school. From what I've seen he's also running out of ideas for his videos. More and more weird stuff.

I think we are all underrated LOLz...
Going with the same genre of YouTubers that I am in, I would say most overated would have to be EvanTube.
Most underrated Hey That's Mike, The Dude With Dolls, Toy Blitzer, and Stop That Animation.
Not really my genre, but a couple of my favorite YouTubers is OurHalfAcreHomestead and Linda's Pantry these ladies share so much knowledge!

PewDiePie is actually funny... Just not as funny as everyone says, he's great but people like worship him. Jacksepticeye has 5mil subs and I think he is hilarious, and he is super humble but works super hard.

I agree about Colleen Ballinger. She is amazing. But she makes a ton of money from Miranda, so I don't see her giving that up. I don't know why Lisa Schwartz (Lisbug) isn't more popular. She's very likable and funny, works her a** off, and puts out a lot of quality content.

I could not agree more whaaaaat Colleen give up Miranda she has everything with that character, niche, topic, merchandise... a book no unless interest dies down in the character and the stuff stops getting shared, she will stay for the time being. Looking at it from a YT perspective the entertainment value is much higher in Miranda than Colleen, but I agree Colleen is also extremely talented. I guess people are just weird???
