More information needed... join a network?

so, I have this "problem" that every video I upload is marked with the (!) of death. Even if I sent to them all the proof, information, licenses, they put the video with the (?) of forever and never be. It started like 3 months ago, no help, no answers given anywhere as usual.
But then, somebody told me that I should join a network. And the question is, I will have my revenue if those videos are marked with this (!) and then with this (?) by youtube?

Same thing happened with me on some of my videos but after I joined a network everything solved!

Sir, do you have a direct contact with youtube support? can you give me a hand with this please? I contacted once with some real person, not an automated bot, but, he didn't help me that much, sometimes he answer me like a person but then he just started to copy paste the response. so rude

I only have email support and it just goes to some random person. Sorry, I won't have the time to see if they can help.
