More information needed for monetization request?

Hello everyone, today I received an e-mail saying they need more info to monetize my video. I am kind of upset because every single thing in the video is my original content. The music is from YouTube's library. Could someone tell me what triggered this? Was it flagged? Thanks !

Look at the monetization icon next to your video, then click Exclamation mark icon, stick "I can provide proof of commercial use rights" and select "My video contains only my original content" in the dropdown box.

You just need to explain how do you get those videos (visual, audio...), provide original source or anything that you own and click save changes. Wait for 1-2 business days for reviewing.

From what I saw, a channel can get flagged so that every new video gets in this review queue, and depending on the flag, I've seen it takes weeks for videos to get reviewed.

This is one thing that goes away as soon as you join a network. Once you join, you can immediately monetize all videos. Of course, this doesn't affect copyright claims/content ID matches.

If you own all the rights, just provide the required information. A lot of the time it will be monetized within a few minutes or hours, sometimes it's done by robots.
