Montage Making Help?

So I am going to be making a montage video of funny moments on my (gaming) channel and for those of you who have experience making them, what tips can you give me before I start compiling the videos and editing it?

@Leehashee

Keep each part short, so you're not watching 2 minutes of game play before something funny happens. That way the video is constantly entertaining and funny throughout.

MAKE IT FUNNY.
lol
Try to get only the funny moments, and don't make the scenes too long.
If you want maybe you can put transitions and such. Subtitles can make it really funny at the right moments
Idk, I watched people who make montages and tried to put a twist on them (although I fail badly)

Keep it short, simple, with nice transitions, a good backing track and sound fx where necessary. :)

Ik, I need transitions, but I'm not sure what to use for them. I need a sound and some sorta picture for them... hmmm

Sometimes I look to Bill Nye the Science Guy's show for transition ideas. He had the funniest transitions and editing on that show!
