Monetizing after video has uploaded?

Hello,
I was curious, I recently uploaded a video and I forgot to monetize it at first but since I did monetize it, I still don't seem to be getting any revenue from this particular video. Are you able to receive revenue from a video that you monetize after its already been uploaded? Thanks!

Yes, you can still monetize your video even after you upload it. Getting revenue from the videos is a whole other story.

No problem! You shouldn't be, revenue from the videos is a bit tricky because it depends on how many views your video gets and/or how many clicks the ads on those video gets. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for it to show up in your analytics.

As stated, analytics takes a while to update. Typically a day or two, but it can be longer.

Unless you've received tens of thousands of views, you will only make pocket change. It sucks, but that's how YouTube works.
