I've Got It
I can monetize gaming trailers? Or i need permission from publishers, i saw many youtube users uploading game trailers and their channels is in good stading.
 
no you cant upload trailer for money, you can however upload a trailer for non-commercial use or mix it a little bit.

I wonder how they got the permission, ign of course no doubt got it, but there are also tons of channel that upload without permission, still they earnings money

You should try a bit harder to understand legal issues if you plan on giving advice relating to them. Fair Use contains a provision relating to monetization, yes, however it is a part of much more narrow application than what you have posted here. There is nothing contained in fair use doctrine that simply says you can use content as long as you don't monetize it.

As to the dead thread comment, a thread posted 3 days ago is hardly dead. Hate is also a very strong word. Rather, I despise the continued posting of incorrect and dangerous legal information by a number on this forum, of which you are one.

nope if anyone giving bad legal advice it will be you, since fair use has limits like the songs, voice, art, etc. you cant just add random stuff to a video nor can you make money from another person stuff. fair use lets us do something original without getting a copyright strike and its the best approach to getting other peoples videos without getting in trouble.

in certain case, trailers will hide the fact that they want them to be use as fair use. you cant tell if a video is under fair use or copyright its a deadly mistake that many youtubers do. a trailer is a trailer you are basically showing people the art, the music and the voice to many people that have/havent pay to play/watch and there is a huge fine for not using fair use on it.

Tarmack stop trying to think you're better, i know how these legal fact been use over the past 7 years on youtube. on your chennel it says you join youtube in 2012 (Joined Jan 20, 2012), in fact you even stated these words:
