Monetization Question.

Youtube is good for money on the side, but if it comes to living off of it, then you would need a remarkable amount of views per day.

I'm personally doing it to help people and to enjoy making video for myself :)

If I can ever make a small profit from it then I admit I would take that option just for the sake of an extra bit of cash. But it isn't my main goal as a youtube channel.

Indeed when my videos are not claimed by 3rd parties I also claim the video and I want to make money out of it, but I know my channel has more copyright than vevo so I will never make a living out of it. Now i'm thinking about it, I don't even know why i'm partner :P Most of my videos (before I became partner) are claimed by 3rd party.

You do it because its fun? :P

And if your worried about content ID claims then try to make future video's that won't be able to be claimed on.
