Monetization Options Not In Monetization Tab

Hi, when i go to monetize a certain video, the monetization section is not under the monetization tab. I have monetization enabled and linked to an MCN. What does this mean? Any solution? All help is greatly appreciated.!
 
Go to youtube.com/advanced_settings and make sure that the "Allow advertisements to be displayed alongside my videos" box is checked, if not then you need to check it.
