I see alot of people post videos with top goals etc on youtube and they got adds on like that guy heilrj that is signed on freedom netwrok?how they can keep the vids on and dont get copyrights from uefa,fifa etc?

Some networks have license for you to use them.
But usually you are not aloud to use them. If you do intend on doing that you have to contact the original owners.
Some videos get ads but it doesn't mean they are monitiesed by the video poster.

You need license from TV provider they upload it but ads by claimant so they are get nothing money goto owner content.

Just because you see a channel with certain content doesn't mean that the channel is getting the revenue. The videos may be claimed by the proper rights holders.
Freedom is already under fire for having thousands of channels linked that have copyrighted content.

Right, I never heard about such Network who give you a permission to use football/soccer videos.As I know BBTV with NBA not Football
