Missing Buttons and other things

So it's come to my attention that i'm missing the "Add Section Button" on my youtube channel. Could you guys and gals check the bottom on your channel page to see if your button is missing also. It's driving me crazy, i've accidently deleted a playlist and now I can't add anymore. See photo

A lot of people are having UI problems. I've been having issues getting YouTube to work properly on Chrome, so I had to shift to Firefox (just for YT though).
