Gaming Minecraft Let's Play Server (20+ community)

We are launching a vanilla Minecraft server tomorrow evening. Currently, we have 5 LPers and 3 friends ready to start.
Goals:
  • Have a fun time. After all, what's the point if you don't?
  • Work with each other to grow our community and channels.
  • Build a rapport with each other and expand with adventure maps, UHC, etc.
Requirements:
  • 150 subs minimum. Looking for people with an existing fanbase of some sort. Nothing huge, just enough to help get off the ground.
  • No audio issues.
  • Can do 720p
  • Age 20 and up
  • Reliable highspeed connection.
I know this is "picky," but we know what we are looking for. However, we also believe in exceptions. If you don't meet one of the requirements, explain why you are the exception.
Additional info:
  • Server is with NFOServers.com in Dallas running 1GB ram, and is backed up hourly. If expansion is needed, we will discuss additional cost at that time.
  • Vanilla SMP. Snapshot 14w08a. Difficulty 2. Default biome gen.
  • Honor-based community. Hacking, exploiting, griefing and stealing are not allowed. Pranks are encouraged as long as they arent destructive.
  • PvP is consensual only: duels, mini-games, etc.
  • While we want active people and 1 vid per week is considered a goal, we don't want to set/enforce a posting schedule. Real life happens to everyone. We just ask that you communicate when you expect to be inactive. The server needs active people, though. And if inactivity is a problem, then we will look to fix that.
  • Snapshots will be handled on a case by case basis. Input from the community on the stability of the snapshot will influence when we update.
  • There will be no freebies given out to anyone. Straight-laced gameplay.
  • 1st Nether, Wither and The End trips will be scheduled and done as a group.

i'm confused, is this to apply to just play on the server? or is there a singular event like minecrack's ultra hardcore where we go into teams and do a group thing?
 
As of right now, its the beginning of a server where collabs and group projects will take place. Down the road, adventure maps and UHC events will take place.
 
Hey, hopefully the offer is still open. Also, not sure I really have the right to be applying, since I'm very slightly off on the requirements, but I'll give it a shot. :)
  • Channel: BucketOfVids
  • Videos: Sadly I can't post links to my favourite videos here, but if you want to check them out on my channel, I choose: "Aretes Server S4E6", "Portal E4" and "Minecraft Science E1".
  • IGN: BucketOfJam
  • Sub count: 81. This is one of the requirements I don't quite hit. My subscriber count is growing, though (just got a new one today!) so I reckon if I keep doing what I'm doing, I'll hit 150 in no time. :) If nothing else, I have a year and a half experience with YouTube. Hopefully that's good. :D
  • Audio quality: I have a blue yeti microphone and I always try for minimal background noise. Most of the time, it all turns out very well. :D
  • 720p?: I can indeed do 720p. :) Only reason I didn't do it until recently was because of internet speeds at home, but that's much better at university.
  • Age: Another exception, perhaps? I'm 19, so I'm close to your requirement!
  • Internet: I'm connected to my university internet, which is very high speed and reliable, so I have no problems here. :)
Hopefully despite the requirements I don't quite hit, you'll still consider me. :)
