Minecraft custom skins and avatar heads

Say Hi everybody
I would really like to have my own Minecraft avatar head like the Yogscast have as when I'm recording with more than one person I would like everyone to have one so you know who's screen your viewing as I will flick through different screens. if you know what I mean by that.

I was just wondering how I can make one?
Where I can make one?
Could you make one for me if none of the above?
Do you want to play Minecraft together?
 
wish i knew man.... but there are loads of minecrafters on this forum, so you should get quite a few better responses! :)
 
I can give you the tip for doing this,.... its simply to have someone make an image/cartoon picture for you that would correspond to each player. Make sure that its of a reasonable size so that when you size up or down it does not become pixelated or distorted in quality. All you would need to do when editing in your software is to make sure that you have a picture overlay on the video that would stay there for the whole period of time that this persons avatar is playing on screen :)

tbh i dont know :/ you'd have to just work by trial and error I guess... or get someone who knows/has done these things before to recommend sizes to you

thats probably a good idea, seeing as they might well give you better content for what you're looking for :)

and on twitter? my twitters inactive atm lol :/ follow me on YTtalk tho and ill just give a follow back tho? im more active on here than twitter aha :p
