Request Minecraft channel art

I'm looking for someone to draw 4 channel banners and avatars. The avatars would be taken from the skins and doing a pose, and the banner would be an in-game screenshot redrawn to suit the avatar.

I don't know what a reasonable price for this would be so quote me :P
 
I shall post the screenshots here tomorrow, but the usernames are prang123, BrokenLifespan, 16BitRam, and BananaManIsHere for the skins.
