Its my understanding that concerning mods with minecraft, you must get permission from the mod creators tl be able to use the mods in a video, but does the same apply for nonmonetized vs monetized or prebuilt mod packs like the ones featured in the technic launcher?

Tl;dr: can prefab modpacks be used in either monetized or non monetized (future monetized) series' without contacting every creator of every single mod?
 
I'm not sure if they can claim modpacks unless they created all the mods in them. Either way, don't believe I've heard of a series being unable to be monetized because of it.
 
Haven't really heard of this being an issue, it would be good to attain permission from the mod developers. Minecraft content is monetizable, as specifically stated by Mojang. Not sure if that would change with mods being used, but I doubt it would be an issue.
