Well I was looking at a found out about this change Microsoft games comes from Major Nelson' s blog area. This is what he said:

So, after all that, they don't want to allow straight-up game titles for your videos - why didn't they just say that? I don't, as well as the majority, so I don't see what Microsoft's issues really are to begin with?

What they mean about the title is they don't want the name of the parts of the games in them but you can use the game tittle. A lil messy
