Can't believe not only are people buying that book but they're also queuing up to buy it WTF ?!

What's the story with those security guards? Do they actually have any power of arrest? Who employs them? Is that new? So many questions lol
 
Nah they have no powers, they just wonder around Trafalgar Square telling people to get off the giant lions all day. They act as if they have some authority, but they don't XD
