making remixes to famous songs

When I edit famous songs (like speed up or pitch), what credit do I need to give when I post it on youtube?

You need to not upload that kind of content, especially as you are deliberately by your own admission, trying to fool or escape the Content ID protection system.

Changing pitch of songs to avoid content-id is obviously against Youtube's rules and also against copyright law. Giving credit doesn't make it ok.
