How do you make a Youtube background... or rather how do you make it go exactly where you want it? All I can do is make some cool pic with Gimp or whatever, but on Youtube I can only do that image-wrap repeated image thing. How do you guys make the image so perfect on either side of the channel windows?

I'll give that a shot, though I never seen YT have such a feature. I'll see what I can do.

Unless that's a feature for people with partnered networks or whatever. All I see is Youtube giving me the option to either repeat or not repeat the background image, be it horizontaly, verticaly or both.

Just search on Google what sizes the background of the Youtube layout is. I think it's like 970 for the middle part and 1200 for the outer sections.

I have made a YouTube template for Gimp. Feel free to use it.:)
It is attached.

Thanks!! This should help alot![DOUBLEPOST=1356373533,1356294115][/DOUBLEPOST]It's not working though. The file is too big for YT to accept and I tried converting it into png, gifs, JPeg and anything else I could think of.

Ok, if you are on gimp, try going on 'Image' at the top then go down to the option that says 'flatten image', this compresses the file even more and reduces size slightly, or you could send the background to me and i could try to get the file size down?
