Maker Max - Is it worth partnering?

Hope this is the right place to put this, I looked around and this seemed like the best place.

An opportunity may have arisen for our YouTube channel to partner with Maker Max. "Great", I thought. I've heard of them and they seem to be a pretty big name but I am always sceptical of course. On their site they boast a number of hugely popular YouTube channels, perhaps making one feel as though they'll be "in" with a partnership company that has other massive names.

I am, however, rather realistic about this and some research that I have done seems to confirm what I have suspected. Sure, they have a number of big YouTubers partnered to them but that doesn't really mean much in the grand scheme of things. As a very small channel, I would assume that almost anyone could apply for this network - therefore if the partnered channels even happen to gain a lot of subscribers Maker Gen will essentially make more money, if not then they haven't lost anything by partnering you.

So what I'd like to know is if it's really worth partnering with Maker Gen being a very small channel currently? It would be quite good to be partnered with such a known brand but when I think about it I doubt they're promoting any channels except the very biggest ones, so from that aspect I wonder what the point would be in them taking revenue? Maybe I'm just over thinking it all and should just apply.

I've heard some decent stuff about Maker Gen, but I ended up deciding on Fullscreen, both networks accepted me but this was a choice of personal preference. Do whatever makes you happy amigo!
