Hi folks,

I'm a small channel trying to get partnered if proving to be a challenge as I'm so small. I'm a gaming channel, I do walkthrough's and zombie challenges. Maker max is the best company I can think off for a channel my size, but they are being very weird about my channel.

I have no copyright strikes and no copyright claims upon my channel, but they insist I have copyright infringement material, so they are using that excuse to not partner me. My gameplay is my own recorded material of which I edit well and voice over to make it my own, such as other YouTubers like theradbrad and pewdiepie.

However I don't monetize my videos though they insist I do. So I'm confused are they nit picking at me as I'm such a small channel?

Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty in particular have caused a lot of copyright problems for Let's Players. Have you asked Maker Support exactly which videos are being flagged by their system?

I've been a Maker member for four years as of this August.

Yeah one of my first and second series on my channel where, AC Based and Cod based. Infact one of my Cod walkthrough parts landed me my first copyright claim. Thankfully they got cleared up, but because there on my channel Maker max refuse to sign me up. I kinda don't want to get rid of them and they take a lot out of my channel. But I really want to get a network soon. What would peoples advise be?

A general opinion is emerging that networks aren't that useful, except to take a portion of the cash which would normally go to you, the video creator. Let's discuss this, and see if a network would really benefit you, shall we?
I'm considering leaving Maker either this year or in 2017; and when I leave I will not join another network.

Why is it you want a network so badly, and what benefit do you expect to get from joining one?
