Maker Gen Dashboard - NOT WORKING HELP !!!!

HELLO I NEED HELP.

I Recently partnered with maker gen few days as i got approval for their network. then i filled out everything and can use dashboard. the only thing that is left is the verification of tax and payments. the problem is that when i click on insights it does not work and says no data on selected dates chosen ?????

plus the MOST IMPORTANT THING is that when i click on royalties is says
"Record not found, incomplete, or invalid." in a pink banner at the top. an cannot see anything else why is that is my account broken or something. but i can check referrals and i can check active offers when i click on them but not the most important things and why is that.

my channel on youtube is hdbengali it has a pic on my as profile pic

You will not get any data yet. Just wait a few months! You would not of earned any royalties yet (being your first month). Just wait untill it is time for them to pay you and then check. I would also just contact support and tell then your problem. If it is a problem then they should fix it!
 
Hey hdbengali!

As opticgeekify stated, your "Insights" and "Royalties" sections will be available after about a month to two months (The amount of one pay cycle), at which point you will be able to access those sections. I apologize if that was not made clear to you right away, but please let us know if you have any other questions.

maker support said i have been approved for royalties to of been showed to me and it takes 72 hours to show and i just replied to their email and it has been about 1 since approval in tax n payments and approval in royalties and still nothing. i know i am not gonna earn anything, i just wanna see if the royalties is actually going to work if not i would leave and join another network in a month

You cannot leave , you signed a contract. Your contract should be 1 or 2 years. Just wait. Be calm it will work eventally!

yeah i can leave they said it takes about 45 days to leave lol. and yeah after research i chose to join maker studios because i saw how good it was plus pewdiepie joined it too. he joined the gaming part of the company which is called gamestation and i am with maker studios 3/ RPMnetworks. i just feel kinda down. all i want to see is that it works

Bit confused. Did you sign a contract with Maker? If you did , how long was the contract?
