Mac Screen Recorder?

Loving YTtalk
So I am looking for a good screen capture software for mac that records video and audio. Anyone know of a decent one for Mac?

Screenflow is great, but unfortunately it isn't free! I use Quicktime to record most of my screen captures and then edit them in Final Cut. The built in application functions very well so I would recommend giving that a try if you haven't already! And if you are interested in capturing system audio as well while you screen record, look at Soundflower tutorials on YouTube! Both are free applications.

Hey Thanks man :) I was using Quicktime. I'll have to check out soundflower then for my audio capture.
 
I will introduce you Audials Moviebox streaming software. As a virtual video card, it can record all videos that what you need. Just download the trial version to have a try! Here is the download link in Audials website.
