Hello! So we are all familiar with the term "hater" specifically on youtube. We all seem to have that one hater, at least after uploading a few videos. They will say bad things, just so they can get your response, they want that reaction of anger, they feed off of negative energy. I guess you can call then Trolls.
The more haters you have, the better! Sounds CRAZY right? Well if you think about it 1 hater= 1 view to you! Sure, they may dislike your video but the chances are you will have more fans than haters. There is no real way round the disliking ratings unless you block them or just don't enable ratings for the video.
Let's have a little fun with these haters, shall we? First things don't get mad at them, this is how they choose to come back. If they leave any sort of comment that is insulting you or your video that isn't in a constructive way, just reply to them telling them thanks for watching the video. Make sure to show in some way you are happy or not bothered at all about what they said, they don't like this. If they reply to that, just leave it.
I would like to add that if the comment is really insulting take action and delete it and then block the person, don't even bother replying. Don't reply with positive feed back to the haters every time, if this doesn't work just delete their comment or simply block them. REMEMBER that there are people who will give constructive criticism, where someone says some things that could be improved, they will be nice about it though, if it is a hater they are likely to use bad language or say words like stupid and things.
