I've Got It
I tried to update some of my thumbnails this morning and it said there was maintenance going on and some features may be intermittent.. Maybe the maintenance period has ran over?
Lots of Youtube Bugs going ?

That seems possible, but my money's still with hurricane Sandy being the main force behind the problems 
It's likely that certain aspects of the maintenance caught them by surprise with Sandy. They do have a datacenter in NYC, and I'm sure that if it has gone offline, that's a pretty substantial loss to the overall load they can handle... Possibly even a partial loss of some redundancy for some things. If that's the case, then they're probably using this maintenance time to scramble to make the necessary changes (which may or may not also involve the transfer of a lot of data, further reducing bandwith temporarily).
Regardless of the cause, I'm sure they're working on it. They're Google. I'm sure they've prepared for eventualities just such as this, so that they can get it cleared up as quickly as possible. ITMT, probably best to try to stay productive outside of Youtube. ^_^

But I think youtube will be more better after the maintenance because i think its hell of a big maintenance project .
