Lost YouTube channel

I lost my YouTube channel over a year ago. It was falsely flag buy cyber bullies. I tried to get it back, but youtube has never responded to me directly. If I make a new youtube channel, can I monetize my videos? I heard years back that once you lose a YouTube channel, you can NEVER make money again.
 
surely you can earn money if you create a new channel. because Youtube don't know who you are. just make a channel and get views and also make money. Enjoy.

Yeah but they get your tax info, social security number and everything. So they would know.
 
Hmm, this happened to me once before. What I did was I started up a new YouTube channel and partnered with a network because of course Adsense wouldn't allow me to make money. You can still monetize videos without being a partner under a network but how are you going to get that money from YouTube? That's the thing I hate about Adsense, once you suspended, you're never getting back. That's as far as I'm aware of.

So you can still make money from the Network side of things right? Even though your Adsense is gone, you can still make money from the Networks, is that what you're saying? I mean I have thought about doing this myself, but I wasn't sure if it'd work.

Yes, because your channel would be linked to the network's adsense account. BUT, please do make sure you join the right network, do your research first and read carefully what you're being offered.

That doesn't just happen. If YouTube removes your channel then you clearly did something against the rules. If randomly flagging a channel was enough to get a channel suspended anyone who got remotely famous would see their channels suspended due to 4Chan internet trolls.

There's a side to this story you're not telling.

You're making assumptions. If a group of high school hackers was attacking me and cyber bullying me, then YES this is possible.
