I've Got It
This past week I've lost motivation to do youtube and even edit my videos. Please help I don't want to quit Youtube but it seems so easy to quit right now.
 
Do you enjoy making YouTube videos? If the answer is yes than you should continue to make them because you enjoy making videos! What helps motivate me is my passion for it I always wanted to be a actress and a singer so I chose to do YouTube because YouTube is way good way to into that career
 
It is super easy to quit. You have to make the decision for yourself. My advice would be to take a step back. Don't worry about creating or editing and do other things you like. YouTube should, for everyone, start out as a hobby. Something you want to do. You can have dreams all you want, but you also have to be a realist. Don't stare yourself blind on the greats, focus on yourself. I used to edit all night long. Now I can't even edit for an hour straight before I loose interest. I love doing YouTube, but I don't like dealing with it every waking hour. It is not my Job, it is a hobby, and you should treat it like one. Force out content and force yourself to deliver deadlines and it becomes a job. If it brings in the dough deadlines come with the territory. You get paid for the stuff you don't like doing when it comes to a job, and YouTube is no different in that regard. But if you don't get paid, don't bother to act as if it is a job. It is real easy to start hating YouTube. Don't fall into that trap. Have fun with it. And if you feel like doing something else do something else. That way you keep it fresh and fun.

I have been doing you tube for about a year now, and I was wondering how you guys stay motivated?
I find it really hard to keep myself going when no one is watching (all of the views on my videos are me, for some reason my own views are being counted). I watch my own videos about 40-60 times just so that I dont feel so s**t when I look at my channel! Which is pathetic I know!

I love editing and filming videos but some times with the amount of effort that I put into them I run out of energy for it because I know no one is actually going to watch it.
I want to know what you guys do to stay motivated even though no one is watching your videos?

I see Youtube as a hobby but I also understand what you mean by saying 'I run out of energy'
If you tired of making videos take a rest (let your subs know you taking a rest)
But if you are demotivated ,don't be
If your dream is to 'GO BIG' on Youtube don't give up on your dreams
rethink why you are not getting views and more subs
Personally I like your vidz(DOPE INTRO BTW) But if you want more subs and views you got to think outside OUTSIDE of the box
So don't give up :up2::up2::up2:
 
Probably take a break for a while and rethink why you started in the first place. And if you come back and your heart still isn't in it, I hate to say this but maybe this isn't for you.
