If you don't want to make videos, then don't make videos. Unless YouTube is your main source of income keeping a roof over your head and food on the table, you don't have ot log in on the days you would rather not. You could also try taking a break and see if your interest returns after some time away. But I doubt forcing yourself to create something will turn out all that well.
